Oscar Sicola was born and reared in Houston making him truly a rare breed. Starting in the beverage alcohol business in 1975, Oscar was in the wholesale distribution side of the business before moving to the retail tier in 1988. Oscar is a specialist in beers and ales. He is responsible for the beer category in all Spec's stores.
